STANDARDIZED OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASERS OF REAL ESTATE PURSUANT TO REAL PROPERTY LAW §442-H

Please be advised that prior to showing a purchaser a property: (1) we may require identification from a prospective purchaser, (2) we may require a purchaser to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement and (3) we may require a pre-approval for a mortgage loan in order to show a purchaser a property.

*Although Broker may not require such information, a seller of real estate may require this information prior to showing the property and/or as part of any purchase offer.
